Work Injuries

If you’ve been injured while performing your duties at work, know that you’re not alone. The WorkCover scheme is in place to ensure you receive the necessary treatment and support to aid your recovery and return to work.

At Sydney Health & Recovery, we offer Physiotherapy services specifically tailored to assist with all work-related injuries.

As an injured worker, you are required to nominate a treating doctor who will be responsible for managing your recovery. Your doctor will provide you with a WorkCover medical certificate, which you must submit to your employer as soon as possible to formally notify them of your injury.

When attending treatment at Sydney Health & Recovery, please bring a copy of your WorkCover Certificate of Capacity. We will maintain regular communication with your treating doctor and employer to support a well-coordinated and timely return-to-work plan, helping you safely resume your full duties as soon as possible
